  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any certificates or tags.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

  • Custom, engraved, or made‑to‑order pieces are non‑returnable.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


    🔁 Exchanges

    • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or for an item of equal value.

    • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.
